Prawns dipped in batter and deep-fried.
|Tempura kit||1 pack|
|Wheat flour||1 bowl|
Dredge ingredients with flour
Gently toss shrimps or veggies of your choice in wheat flour to coat them evenly.
Dip the ingredients in batter
Pour 150ml of ice cold water into a mixing bowl. Add 1 sachet of tempura frying mix. Stir quickly until the flour is moistened. Dip ingredients (prawns, vegetables) in batter. Set aside.
Heat oil in a large pan. Deep fry ingredients until golden brown. Drain off the excess oil on kitchen paper.
Serve your dish
Serve with Tempura dipping sauce (included in the kit).
