Sushi Maki
Learn how to make sushi rolls with this easy homemade sushi recipe.
INGREDIENTS
Sushi Maki Kit | 1 pack |
Raw salmon | 100g |
Crabsticks | 3 sticks |
Avocado | ½ piece |
Cucumber | ½ piece |
Mayonnaise | 2 Tbsp |
INSTRUCTIONS
Boil the rice
Place sushi rice in boiling water and cook for 15-20 minutes.
Season the rice
Drain well and allow to cool.
Stir in Rice Vinegar. Mix well.
Prepare the fillings
Slice 100g raw salmon and cut 3 crabsticks into match sticks.
Cut ½ avocado in thin slices and ½ cucumber into match sticks.
Prepare the rolls
Place 1 sheet of seaweed on the bamboo mat.
Spoon a quarter of the cooked rice into the center.
Spread to cover the sheet (leave 2cm margin on the 2 sides).
Spread mayonnaise. Add salmon, crabsticks, avocado & cucumber.
Wrap the rolls
Roll the mat over the seaweed sheet.
Seal with a little of water.
Plate your dish
Cut each roll into 6 to 8 pieces.
Serve with soy sauce, wasabi paste and sushi ginger.
