Quick, easy and light soup.

INGREDIENTS

Miso paste | 1 sachet |
Seaweed | 1 sheet |
Spring Onion | 1 stem |
Tofu (diced) | 20g |
INSTRUCTIONS

Open a Miso sachet
Add 1 sachet of Instant miso paste into a bowl.

Add boiling water
Add 200ml of boiling water.

Garnish
Garnish with seaweed, diced tofu and spring onions

Serve
Stir and serve.
