Cold cooked rice with wasabi topped with raw fish.


INGREDIENTS

Sushi Nigiri
Sushi rice 250g
 Rice Vinegar 1 Tbsp
Salmon and Prawns 200g
Wasabi paste 1 Tbsp

INSTRUCTIONS

Sushi Nigiri

Prepare the sushi rice

Place 250g of sushi rice in boiling water. Cook for 10-20 minutes. Drain well and allow to cool. Stir in 1 Tbsp of Rice Vinegar. Mix well.

Prepare the fish

Cut salmon or tuna into slices larger than your rice balls.

Form rice balls

Using either your hands or a rice mold, form the rice into small oblong balls.

Prepare the sushis

Place each slice of fish on top of a rice ball.
